BRIEF

The British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG) Annual conference is an exhibition which, until the pandemic has taken place as a live event. The team still wanted to go ahead with the event but needed a virtual solution to allow this to happen with COVID-19 restrictions.

In addition to the challenge of hosting a virtual exhibition, BTOG also wanted to ensure an element of interactivity was possible to allow exhibitors and attendees to connect and interact as if still at a live event.

SOLUTION

Working alongside our platform partner CrowdComms, First Sight Media helped visualise, create and deliver a seamless virtual exhibition experience both for the exhibitor and attendees. This included:

  • Creation of a Virtual Event Platform to host multiple Virtual Event Exhibition Stands
  • Hosting of content, production of various content package options to allow fully customisable and fully branded bespoke virtual stands for each exhibitor
  • Video, hyperlink, document upload and chat capabilities all built in
  • Virtual stand builder and branding options
  • 1-2-1 chat capability for exhibitors to chat with attendees of the event
