We are absolutely ecstatic to have won the RWK Goodman Small Business award at the Oxfordshire Business Awards.
The judges were looking for evidence of success, resilience, and growth (including challenges that have been overcome and lessons that have been learnt); impact on the local and wider community; a business plan demonstrating strategy and vision; achievements during the past 12 months; dynamic leadership with the ability to drive the business forward. A values-based culture, innovation, and ambition—the ‘stand out’ quality that differentiates our business from others in our sector or area were also considered important factors by judges.
