NHS Confed Expo
x1 Exhibition Hall
x2 Purpose Built Pop-Up Studios

NHS Confederation wanted a way of harnessing all the content from the world-class health and care professionals attending their hybrid Expo at Manchester Central. The solution, dubbed “The Content Zone”, was 2 custom-built studios constructed right in the middle of the show floor where expert speakers and attendees from the event could be interviewed.

The interviews and other bonus content were filmed and streamed out to the online audience, ensuring a seamless “always on” broadcast that kept online viewers hooked.

Those in the venue benefitted from watching live discussions in beautifully lit, branded spaces, with additional screens for easy viewing ensuring not a drop of content was missed.

Tradebyte:
Transforming a Revolution Vodka Bar for an All-Hands Company Event

Cheltenham's Revolution Vodka bar was transformed into a streaming hub for a hybrid all-hands quarterly company meeting for our friends at Tradebyte.

The makeover of the space facilitated seamless connectivity between the UK and their headquarters in Ansbach, Germany. The technology provided enabled remote workers to participate and stay updated through a dynamic live stream. Using the latest cameras and microphones, impactful lighting, screens, and staging, the casual bar environment was elevated to a professional broadcasting space.

Dept:
Office Space to Elegant Studio

Even a typical office environment can become a cosy studio space for an online event. For ‘The World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development’, Dept's Shoreditch office was transformed into the perfect setting for an inspiring conversation that would be streamed live.

The space was expertly rearranged and staged with new features that added towards the look of a high-value production. For example, there was the addition of a trendy DEPT logo in the background. Plants were added to ramp up the aesthetic values and the installation of state-of-art aperture lighting lit up the space, building the atmosphere.

Using world-class cameras, a depth of field effect was used to create a crisp, sharp image of the presenter and guest adding to the glossy production quality. World-class production support, including three cameras and professional audio mixing, delivered a seamless recording and live streaming experience via Google Meet benefitting the audience watching at home.
